I didn't like to studying but I did it 😊


The day before yesterday I don't know why but I did not feel like doing study and I was very upset but the Problem was not that I was upset. The problem was I didn't know why was I upset. 


I think this happens with all of us because some time it happens we feel demotivated, we feel depressed without reason. We don't have any reason for sadness but we still feel uncomfortable or unhappy. Why this happens?

Then I pushed myself to do study because I knew if I quit right now then it would affect my  upcoming days. Because it happens with me very often. Once I stop doing study only for one day it automatically becomes 3 or 4 days that's why this time I pushed myself to do study and I am very happy that I did it

 That day I did study even I did not feel like doing. Then I understood one thing if you aware about your thoughts or if you pushed yourself you can do anything no matter how  your mood is wheather it is good or not. The only thing matters is how you handle that things. You have to just try once. You have to train your mind what to do or not at some point of time.

And I am very happy after doing this because there are very few opportunity when we do the things against our mind and we win.
